DISCLAIMER

1. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ARE INTENDED FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. Many products are NOT street legal. (NOT for highway or public street use)
2. Prices are subject to change without notice and are effective immediately. Prices may have changed since item addition and may be different than listed due to fluctuating exchange rates for imported products.
3. We are not responsible for any legal consequence(s), car damage, or bodily injury related to the products sold by Speed Renegades. The buyer is responsible for any consequence(s) by using the products on the street, highway, off-street, and/or racing purposes.
4. All products must be installed by an experienced professional and Speed Renegades is NOT responsible for any damages caused by improper installation. The customer is responsible for installation fees, i.e. welding, tuning, painting, prepping, and priming.
5. Modifying and/or removing of factory safety equipment may be necessary for installing certain product(s) on certain vehicle(s). Speed Renegades is NOT responsible for the added risk in tampering with such items.
6. Many of the modifications may trigger a CEL (Check Engine Light) and/or other electrical and sensor related warnings. We are not responsible for any electrical and sensor related issues, including the necessary steps to modify or inspect the software readings and codings to clear out the warnings. The buyer is responsible for any consequence(s) by using the products.

SHIPPING POLICY

In Stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days. Some items may not ship via the shipping method indicated during checkout due to carrier restriction. Indicated weights include dimensional weights and may not represent the actual scaled weight of the package. Items are carefully packaged by the staff at Speed Renegades. However, on rare occasions, items may be damaged during transit. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Do not sign delivery receipts until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage does occur, physically write “damaged” on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material because the package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Contact Speed Renegades within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for a damage claim.

RETURN POLICY

We at Speed Renegades value our customers and guarantee customer satisfaction. Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receipt of the item. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns are accepted on Special Orders and International Orders. Returned items must be returned in unused and unaltered condition in their original packaging with no exceptions. All returns must first be authorized and approved by Speed Renegades and require an RMA return authorization number from Speed Renegades. Please contact Speed Renegades for return instructions prior to sending items back. Customer must pay for all return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be received 14 days after the RMA number is issued.

Refunds will not be issued on items that are damaged during return shipping to Speed Renegades. Please ensure returned items are properly packaged for shipping. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense

Rejection of return: If we must reject the returned item, the purchaser must purchase and provide a return shipping label within 25 days to our email: [email protected]. If the purchaser does not purchase and provide a return shipping label to our email within 25 days, we will reject the return, and own the rights to the item. To cover the loss fees of keeping stock of the item(s) back in our warehouse, a return of funds will not be processed.

SPECIAL ORDER AND BACK ORDER POLICY

Special Order items require payment in full. Special Order items are not normally stocked and require 4-8 weeks for delivery or otherwise quoted. This DOES NOT include the time it takes for some manufacturers to produce made-to-order items. Manufacturing times may take 4-40 weeks or otherwise quoted. Special Order items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Out of stock items will be shipped within 48 hours after the item(s) is returned to stock. Items may be pre-ordered to ensure immediate shipment once the item(s) return to stock. Payment in full is required for all pre-orders. Wait time is subject to change and can range from 4-8 weeks or otherwise quoted. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders that are canceled before delivery on any special orders.

Special orders may require a deposit.
No returns, cancellations, or refunds allowed on special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.

SPECIAL ORDERS POLICY CONTINUED

On some occasions there are multiple variations of the same general product offered by a manufacturer. When placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to supply us with product numbers, and/or exact information identifying the product being purchased. Without exact details, provided at the time of order submission, Speed Renegades cannot be held responsible for fulfillment of similar but not intended product.

Estimated lead times provided for special orders are estimates only. While it isn’t common, delays can and do happen and a delay in the manufacturing or fulfillment of my order is not a valid reason to cancel. Please be aware that many manufacturers do not provide updates on special order products outside of major production milestones or even the actual release of the product. Speed Renegades cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond our control and will not incur damages due to such delays.

You will be provided a shipping estimate at the time of the invoice. Shipping charges can and do change regularly and sometimes drastically. While every reasonable effort will be made to provide an accurate estimate based on current rates, fluctuations in shipping costs are not a valid reason to cancel. The final shipping charges can only be calculated once the item is in our warehouse. We work with a large number of shipping providers and brokers to ensure we are always providing the most reasonable rates possible.

ORDER PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Items ordered as listed “In Stock” may not reflect recent inventory changes and may be placed on backorder. Customers have the right to cancel or change such orders within 48 hours after notification. Speed Renegades reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.

All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Cash, or Bank Wire Transfer. A 7.75% sales tax will be applied for all sales within California. Orders will only be shipped to credit card billing addresses or secondary shipping address listed on the credit card.

International orders must be paid by direct bank wire transfer only. International customers are required to pay all bank fees associated with transactions. International customers are also responsible for all fees, duties, and/or taxes applied by their respective countries.

Due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 5% cancellation fee on all orders placed but canceled prior to shipping. This does not apply to returns & exchanges. Please refer to returns & exchanges if your order has already shipped.

Your order must be confirmed by a Speed Renegades customer service representative if it has not shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer or distributor. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees within 7 business days.

WARRANTY / LIABILITY

All products sold by Speed Renegades are sold “as is” to the customer. Speed Renegades does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be provided with the product either in physical paper form or accessible electronically via the brand’s warranty page. All products sold by Speed Renegades are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Speed Renegades is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Speed Rengades will not be responsible for the customers’ actions.

INSTALLATIONS

All installations must be performed by experienced professionals only. Speed Renegades is not responsible for any damages occurred during installation. All sales are final after installation. Aftermarket products should be installed with caution. Performance parts should only be installed by experienced professional mechanics. Due to the material used in the production of fiberglass, plastic, and carbon fiber parts may NOT be a direct bolt-on. These items may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive procedures. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. Aftermarket body parts are to be secured properly with the use of extra safety precautions such as hood pins or additional fasteners. By complying with our policies, the customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing aftermarket parts. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional with aftermarket automotive experience perform installations. Speed Renegades is NOT responsible for damages or bodily injuries caused by any installation, especially improper installation, of products.

MAN-MADE PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT DISCREPANCY

For all carbon fiber, fiberglass, and metal parts (such as exhaust systems) there is no implied warranty on visual defects. Handmade carbon fiber products may have visual discrepancies (weave pull, weave distortion, visible seams, discoloration, pinholes, sanding marks etc.). Handmade exhaust systems and suspension components may have visual and design discrepancies (burnt titanium finishes, golden finishes, seam welds, joint welds, butt welds, gaps, thickness differences etc.) Unless explicitly purchased or stated, many carbon fiber and fiberglass parts require preparation, and painting or clear coating by an experienced professional. Many exhaust systems and suspension components may require adjustments and, sometimes, custom modifications are necessary for fitment. By ordering these product you understand and agree that any warranty claims are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

This privacy policy is intended to provide you with the information on how we collect, use and store the information that you provide, so that you can make appropriate choices for sharing information with us.

We do not require that visitors reveal any personally identifying information in order to access our website. However, visitors who do not wish to, or are not allowed by law to share personally identifying information, may not be able to access certain areas or participate in certain activities (like making a purchase or entering a promotion) which require registration.

Although information may be required to purchase products from our website, visitors provide information on a voluntary basis only. Generally, we may ask to collect personal information about you to provide the following services:

Making purchases from our online store.
Tracking of specific orders that have been placed.
